COMPETITION
The East Algarve Golf Trophy is a golf competition for amateur players with an official club handicap.
HANDICAPS
The maximum handicap is 24 for men and 28 for women. Players with higher handicaps will play with a M - 24 and W - 28.
COMPETITION FORMAT
The competition is played in INDIVIDUAL STABLEFORD NETT (FULL HANDICAP) with two categories: up to 12 and from 12 and from 12,1 to 24.

9th February - Quinta do Vale Golf & Resort
10th February - Monte Rei Golf & Country Club
FINAL SCORES
Aggregated scores of the 4 best rounds (Gross and Nett). In the event of a tie between two or more players, the player of lower handicap will be the winner.

A – Players with handicap up to 12
B – Players with handicap between 12.1 and 24

RULES
The Rules of the competition are those of the Royal & Ancient Club of St. Andrews Club of St. Andrews and the local rules of each golf course.
TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
José Manuel Castro Martins (Event Director) and the Golf Director of each course. The Technical Committee decisions are final. The Organization may change the Rules of the Tournament at anytime.
